Online booking and full payment are required. To accurately manage your appointment, payment, refunds, service communications, and client records, we ask for your legal name, email address, mobile number, complete mailing address, date of birth, and age range.
Your information is used only for legitimate business purposes, including appointment management, identity and age verification, refunds, important service updates, birthday gifts, client rewards, and promotional eligibility. Providing accurate information helps protect your account and ensures that benefits and refunds are issued to the correct client.
Promotional emails and text messages are optional and require separate consent. Declining promotional communications will not affect your ability to book or receive services.
Clients must review and agree to Verencia Spa & Beauty’s booking, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late-arrival, and no-show policies before completing an appointment. Please book at least one day in advance. All appointments are private and limited to one guest at a time.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Results may vary. Before your visit, please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic treatments to ensure your safety.
CANCELLATION
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed. Late arrivals will receive only the remaining appointment time, and the service will still end at the originally scheduled time. Service fees will not be reduced.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may no longer be accommodated and may be treated as a no-show. If you expect to be late, please notify us by text message as soon as possible. No-shows are subject to the $25 fee stated above, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
